1. Trial Subscription (Trial Offer)
Upon initial registration, users receive a 7-day trial subscription.
- A one-time fee of C$1.00 (incl. VAT) is charged for the trial subscription.
- During the trial period, users have unrestricted access to all available IQ tests, evaluations, and premium features.
- The trial subscription can be cancelled at any time during the 7-day period.
Important Notice:
If the trial subscription is not cancelled before the end of the trial period, it will
automatically convert into a paid subscription.
2. Paid Subscription
After the trial subscription expires, the paid subscription begins.
- Price: C$64.99 per month (incl. VAT)
- Billing: monthly in advance
- Duration: indefinite, with automatic renewal for one month at a time
The exact price, the date of the first charge, and the billing interval are clearly and transparently displayed to the user before completing the order.
There are no hidden fees.
3. Automatic Renewal
The subscription automatically renews for one additional billing period unless it is cancelled before the next billing date.
Automatic renewal is part of the subscription model and is expressly accepted upon conclusion of the contract.
4. Cancellation & Subscription Management
The subscription can be cancelled at any time — both during the trial period and during an active subscription.
Cancellation options:
- directly in the customer account after logging in (Self-Service Cancellation Portal)
- via the Help Center with redirect to the Self-Service Cancellation Portal
- alternatively by email at: [email protected]
In the Self-Service Cancellation Portal, users can cancel their subscription independently while logged into their customer account. Contacting support is not required for this.
After a valid cancellation:
- no further charges will occur
- access remains active until the end of the already paid billing period
No partial refunds will be issued for billing periods that have already begun or for unused time.
Reactivation is possible at any time under the then-applicable terms.
5. Payment Methods & Payment Processing
Payment is made via the payment method selected at the time of purchase, including but not limited to:
- PayPal
- Credit and debit cards
- Other available payment methods
Payment processing is handled by certified payment service providers and is PCI-DSS compliant.
In the event of failed or declined payments:
- multiple retry attempts may be made within up to 30 days
- access to the user account may be temporarily restricted until the outstanding amount is settled
6. Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content
6.1 Users Outside the European Union
Users outside the European Union have no statutory right of withdrawal for digital content.
Upon conclusion of the contract and provision of digital access, the service is deemed to have been rendered. Refunds are issued exclusively in accordance with the applicable Refund Policy and only in the exceptional cases expressly stated therein.
6.2 Notice for Consumers Residing in the European Union
Consumers residing in the European Union have the statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date the contract is concluded.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email) of the decision to withdraw from this contract. It is sufficient to send the notification before the withdrawal period expires.
In the event of a valid withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we receive the withdrawal notice. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
7. Scope of Services
The subscription includes in particular:
- Access to all available IQ tests
- Instant online evaluation with individual results
- Access to premium features
- Personal customer portal for subscription management
- History and download option for your own test results
The services are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only and do not constitute medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.
8. Price Changes
Users will be notified of price changes in advance before they take effect.
In the event of a price change, users have the option to cancel the subscription before the new terms come into effect.
9. Data Protection
