1. Refunds During the Trial Period (C$1.00)
A refund of the C$1.00 fee for the 7-day trial period is possible exclusively under the following conditions:
- It is the first trial booking of the respective user account.
- No previous trial period refund has been issued for this account.
- There is no violation of the terms of use or GTC.
- The refund request is submitted within 30 days of payment via one of the official contact channels.
No entitlement to a refund exists if the trial period was used as intended and none of the above conditions apply.
2. Refunds for Regular Subscriptions
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, with the exception of the following cases:
- Service Outage:
- Technical Issues:
- Billing Errors:
- Legal Obligation:
Verifiable complete unavailability of the platform for a period of more than 24 consecutive hours, excluding scheduled maintenance or cases of force majeure.
Serious technical errors that permanently prevent access to the essential core functions. Such issues must be reported within 30 days of the charge and confirmed by our technical team.
Duplicate charges, incorrectly calculated amounts, or verifiably unauthorized transactions.
Where applicable consumer law in your region mandates a refund (e.g. the right of withdrawal for consumers in the European Union).
Note on the Statutory Right of Withdrawal:
The statutory right of withdrawal for consumers residing in the European Union is not affected by this Refund Policy and is governed by the applicable legal provisions. Users outside the European Union have no statutory right of withdrawal; refunds are issued exclusively in accordance with the provisions of this Refund Policy.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are excluded in the case of:
- partially or unused subscription time following cancellation
- downgrades, plan changes, or package switches
- temporary restrictions during maintenance work
- change of personal opinion or lack of usage need
- failure to cancel the subscription before the automatic renewal date
4. Refund Process
Refund requests can be submitted via the following channels:
- directly in the customer account after logging in

The request should include the following information:
- registered email address
- transaction or payment details
- reason for the refund
- relevant evidence or documents, if applicable
Requests are typically processed within 3 business days of receiving the complete submission.
5. Currency & Payment Processing
All payments and refunds are made exclusively in Euro (EUR).
Any exchange rate or foreign currency fees charged by banks or payment providers are non-refundable and are outside our control.
IQTest24 does not charge any additional fees for currency conversions.
