I Did Not Authorize a Subscription or Recurring Charges

This subscription is subject to the Subscription Terms and the General Terms and Conditions of IQTest24, which you explicitly agreed to during registration. These documents contain binding provisions regarding the use of the trial offer, automatic renewal, and the billing of recurring payments.

During the sign-up process, all pricing-relevant information was clearly and unambiguously presented to you. Completing the registration is only possible after actively agreeing to the Subscription Terms and the General Terms and Conditions.

Binding Subscription Process

At IQTest24, the following process applies to every subscription without exception:

  • Every subscription begins with a 7-day trial period at a price of C$1.00.
  • Before completing registration, you are clearly shown both the trial price (C$1.00) and the subsequent regular subscription price of €39.99 per month.
  • After the trial period ends, the subscription is automatically converted into the paid monthly subscription, unless it has been cancelled.
  • The subscription then renews automatically on a monthly basis to ensure continued access to IQTest24 content and features.

Information After Registration

After successful sign-up, a confirmation email is sent to you containing, among other things, the following information:

  • your subscription terms
  • details on upcoming and recurring charges
  • the duration of the trial period
  • the subscription price applicable after the trial period (C$64.99 per month)
  • instructions on how to cancel via your customer account

Authorization of Charges

By agreeing to the General Terms and Conditions, you also consented to the authorization of recurring payments. Billing is processed automatically on the respective renewal dates using the payment method selected during registration.

Payment processing is carried out exclusively through PCI-DSS-compliant payment service providers. Payment data is not stored by IQTest24, but is processed directly by the respective payment provider or by a certified PCI-DSS Level-1 vault provider.
