Refunds and Processing Time

Where is my refund?

The eligibility, scope, and conditions for refunds are governed exclusively by our Refund Policy, which you agreed to when registering for IQTest24 services. Refunds are issued solely in accordance with this Refund Policy.

Once a refund has been approved in accordance with the Refund Policy, we typically process it within 3 business days. In many cases, the amount may appear in your account within 1–2 business days. However, depending on the processing times of your bank or payment provider, the final credit may take up to 5–10 business days.

Once a refund has been initiated, we have no further influence over the processing carried out by your bank or card provider. If the amount has not been credited after 10 business days, we recommend contacting your financial institution directly, providing the relevant transaction details.

Currency Conversion

If a payment was made in a different currency, the following notes apply:

  • The exchange rates applied are determined solely by your bank or card provider.
  • Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank are non-refundable.
  • Separate entries related to the currency conversion may appear on your bank statement.

Refund to the Original Payment Method

Refunds are always issued exclusively to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. A payout to a different payment method is not possible.

If the card used has since expired or been blocked, the refunded amount will generally still be accepted by your financial institution and credited to your account.
