We process your data exclusively in accordance with applicable data protection laws, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which you agreed to when using our services.

Personal data is collected and processed by us only to the extent necessary for the provision of our services, the management of your customer account, and the processing of your subscription.

Payment Data and Data Security

Your payment data is not stored on our own systems. Payment processing is carried out exclusively through certified payment service providers or specialized PCI-DSS-compliant payment providers. Only systems that meet the requirements of the PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) are used.

Depending on the payment method selected, your payment information is processed and stored directly with the respective payment provider or within a secure, external PCI-DSS Level-1-compliant payment data infrastructure (vault). IQTest24 does not have access to complete credit card or banking details at any time.

Technical and Organizational Security Measures

To protect your data, we implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to safeguard it against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or manipulation. Access to personal data is permitted exclusively to authorized individuals and only to the extent required for the respective purposes.
