Automatic Renewal and Charges

Will my subscription be automatically renewed?

Yes. In accordance with our Subscription Terms and the General Terms and Conditions that you agreed to when registering for IQTest24 services, every subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled before the respective renewal date. Automatic renewal ensures that you have uninterrupted access to all booked content and features.

At IQTest24, every subscription always begins with a trial offer. This trial offer costs C$1.00 and has a duration of 7 days. After the trial period ends, the subscription is automatically converted into the regular paid subscription at a price of C$64.99 per month, unless it has been cancelled.

During the sign-up process, the price of the trial offer, the subsequent monthly subscription price, and the automatic renewal are displayed to you clearly and transparently. After registration, you will receive a confirmation email containing, among other things, the following information:

• the subscription terms and the general terms and conditions
• the price of the trial offer (C$1.00)
• the duration of the trial period (7 days)
• the subscription price applicable after the trial period (C$64.99 per month)
• information on automatic renewal
• instructions on how to cancel via your customer account

After the trial period ends, the monthly subscription fee will be charged on the respective renewal date using the payment method selected during registration. The subscription then renews automatically on a monthly basis to ensure uninterrupted use of IQTest24 services.

You can cancel your subscription at any time independently through your customer account. To avoid further charges, the cancellation must be completed before the end of the respective billing period.

Once a renewal has taken place, the respective billing period remains in effect. Partial refunds for subscription periods that have already begun or been used are not provided.
